We are no longer accepting catering requests submitted through CaterTrax. If you are an RIT Staff or Faculty member looking to place an order, please do so by going to reserve.rit.edu (you will be able to attach catering services to an existing room reservation). We encourage you to contact our office (475 2346 or catering@rit.edu) to check for availability beforehand, or with questions about how to place your order.
If you are not an RIT Staff or Faculty member and would like to place a catering order, please call our office directly for assistance (585 475 2346).
If you already have a catering order in CaterTrax for an event taking place February 12th or later, our sales staff will take care of moving that request into RIT Events for you.
